The Log Home Doctors crew finished the home in Necedah and on to the next project in Kingston, WI. This Log Home will need a few repairs before the staining will begin. When the home was built the deck didn't have enough support so the crew is adding them. The deck has also started to sink into the ground at the entrance of the house so we will remove the support columns and reset on a  concrete pad. The project has just started, the below pictures are before any work has been done and the enclosure being put up on 1/26/2016

Just finished the log cabin in Necedah, WI. This one was a little tougher having to deal with the wind when we had the enclosure up. The Log Home turned out very well and the home owners were happy with the project. What they liked is the house was done in the winter so the house is ready for them to enjoy right away when spring comes. The Log Home was finished 1/23/16.

New project for the New Year.
We just started enclosing this house by Castle Rock on 1/7/2016. This is a gorgeous log home that needed a couple of logs replaced and now we are preparing to start the staining. We have very cold temperatures forcast for the next week so it was critical to get the enlosure constructed this week.
Our carpenters built this structure without having to secure it to the house. This was done by using a clamping design they came up with so we didn't disturb the shingles on the roof.
Below are the before pictures and the constructing of the enclosure on the log cabin.

This project was started right after Christmas 2015 and was just finished on January 7th, 2016.
The whole log cabin was enclosed to protect it from the elements and to contain the heat. We did have a big snow storm that caused us a loss of 3 days production because the roads in the area were not plowed and we couldn't get the trucks in.
Below are some before, during , and after pictures of a beautiful log home by Buffalo Lake in Montello, WI
