Just received a card from a great customer who's cedar sided home we finished this fall. He stated right up front in out initial meeting that he always stained his house himself and warned us that he is a perfectionist and expects that type of detail if he hires us to do his home. We kept the communications open with the home owner and addressed all his concerns. When done he was pleased with the outcome. Please see the note he sent us on the Xmas card.

Some updates on the log home we are presently working on. We are half way done with the log home but have to media blast the railing and 2 garages yet. One of the pictures is the blasting on the first garage. Even when we have inclement weather we adjust for it by encapsulating the home and heat the areas that we are working on. This keeps the projects going throughout the year.

These pictures show the blasted and stained log home but the fascia will need to be stained in the spring.

We started in 70 degree weather and finished in the snow and 10 degree weather. The log home was previously stained with a solid stain and you can see the transformation by removing the old stain and putting a natural stain on the home.

Cold weather work

It is that time of the year where we start enclosing the log homes so we can continue working through the winter months.
This home is in the process of having the old solid stain removed by media blasting and then stained with a translucent stain. These pictures are of the work in progress and I will attached pictures when finished.
