We have finished about 10 homes since the end of December. The process does take a little longer as we have to enclose and heat the exterior of the log home so we can do the log repairs and staining.
This home was just finished on 2/17/17 as the house was in good condition but had some mold areas that need to be addressed. We were lucky as the weather was on our side for a change and we finished the house in about a week and half from washing to finish staining home and decks.
The decks and railings were stained and really set the log home off.
